Due to the nature of alcohol products, we operate a strict no returns policy. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any items purchased.
Refunds
Faulty or Damaged Items: If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at sales@ronmielcanario.com. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Processing Refunds: If a refund is approved for a faulty or damaged item, it will be processed back to your original method of payment within 28 days.
